MIDWEST XTREME WRESTLING (MXW) REFUND POLICY

As a not-for-profit, we are dependent on memberships, donations and sponsorships. When we receive your donation or payment, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts. Midwest Xtreme Wrestling (MXW) puts all donations and payments to work quickly, so we unable to process refunds on any donations, memberships, registrations, etc.

MEMBERSHIPS

MXW survives on membership fees. These fees support our efforts in providing high-quality training, events, equipment, facility, utilities and administration. All memberships are clearly marked with their duration and these funds are allocated immediately upon receipt. If you feel that your wrestler may not use their membership for a longer period of time, consider purchasing a shorter duration membership. Any memberships purchased, whether with cash, check, credit card, etc., or bought using family account funds (volunteer hours and fundraisers), will not be refunded in part or in whole.
